My name is Karina, I'm 20 years old, I'm from Germany and I'm an au-pair in Sydney. To be an au-pair in another country is just a great experience. After my school leaving exam I just needed a time-out and wanted to get to know another country. But during my stay I found out it's more than that. It's like another live and it's just fantastic. To live in a family and to look after children, a job I really like was the best opportunity for me to do this year. I got to know so much more than I thought, like another family live, another culture, another livestyle and even more about myself. I can just suggest take your chance and make an experience you'll never forget.

Wow! Life out here in Ayers Rock is better than I could ever have imagined. The family are absolutely fantastic. I'm treated as one of the family members and they have really gone out of their way to make sure I've settled in. I've made some great friends in such a short time, and have already seen parts of Australia I never dreamed of seeing. Thank you so much for this making this once in a life time opportunity possible

Melbourne ist auch eine Millionenstadt und man kann hier sehr viel machen. Es gibt viele gute Clubs, wenn du gerne weggehst. Die Royal Botanical Gardens, Museen, viele Cafes, Restaurants, Kneipen, Lougnes (wo man auf gemuetlichen Sofas sitzt, Musik gespielt wird und man Alkohol trinken
kann), viele Moeglichkeiten zum Shoppen, Kinos... Ich fuehle mich hier wie zuhause, habe viele Freunde und koennte mir vorstellen irgendwann nach Melbourne
